The closest search engines have come to actual applications of this technology so far is know as "Associative Indexing" and it is put in effect under Stemming, or the indexing of words on the basis of their uninflected roots (plurals, adverbs, and adjectival forms are reduced to simple noun and verb forms before indexing).
Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) is a technique in natural language processing, in particular in vectorial semantics, invented in 1990 [1] by Scott Deerwester, Susan Dumais, George Furnas, Thomas Landauer, and Richard Harshman. In the context of its application to information retrieval, it is sometimes called Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI).
Here are some quick facts about Latent Semantic Indexing:
1. LSI is 30% more effective than popular word matching methods.
2. LSI uses a fully automatic statistical method (Singular Value Decomposition)
3. It is very effective in cross-languages retrievals.
5. LSI can retrieve relevant information that does not contain query words.
6. It finds more relevant information than other methods.
Latent Semantic Indexing adds an important step to the document indexing process. In addition to recording which keywords a document contains, the method examines document collections as a whole, to see which others do contain some of those same words. LSI considers documents that have many words in common to be semantically close, and ones that have few words in common to be semantically distant. This method correlates surprisingly well with how a human being looking at content, classifies multiple documents.

Freelance SEO
Freelance SEO providers are required to keep up with algorithms associated with search engines, as well as programs and technicalities of the field.
If you are a blogger or webmaster, you are likely looking high and low for a freelance SEO provider and finding it just a little bit difficult. Freelance SEO or even SEO is not an easy thing to come by. It requires a great deal of experience and training to get the art of SEO down just right. Many people will come to you saying they know all there is to know about SEO, but nine times out of ten, you will find that they while they might know bits and pieces, they do not know enough.
Freelance SEO providers are required to keep up with algorithms associated with search engines, as well as programs and technicalities of the field. Most often, the really great freelance SEO providers already have several websites they are currently working on, therefore, are able to show examples of work.
Freelance SEO (search engine optimization) is a combination of many things from links and keyword optimization to articles. It might be necessary to hire several people that are experienced in one area of SEO, which may be a lot easier than trying to find one person possessing all the skills that are available to help you out on your website.
Either way you go, make sure you check out examples of freelance SEO work. See some websites they have worked on, look at their page ranks and search engine results on specific keywords. Check with the webmasters to ensure that the freelance SEO provider did indeed do the work they claim. Look at their style and make sure it clicks with your own as well.
If you post a project on a freelance website, look at the feedback of the person. If they are an experience freelance SEO provider they will have several positive feedback to back up their claims. That is not to say that you should not consider someone with no feedback if they can provide verifiable samples or references. If they have no feedback it could mean they are new to the site or even new to the freelance world, but have the necessary experience in SEO to do the job for you.

Google Cache – Why You May Want To Avoid It
Sites will take extraordinary steps to get every possible page into Google to enhance their page rank. In the case of the Google cache, this tactic can sometimes come back to haunt sites, particularly sites selling products.
Google Cache
Google copies everything it can get its dirty little spider robot on. Google stores these copies in a cache. The cache is simply a copy of all previous web pages for the link in question. If you search for something on Google, each result returned for the search has a “cached” button at the end of the link. Click the “cached” link and you will see previous copy of the page. Often, what you see is an older version of the page.
If you sell products on your site, do you really want Google copying old pages and making them available? Put another way, do you really want customers to see the old prices of the products you are selling? Many sites change prices or information during the year as a reflection of selling cycles, etc. If your prices are at their high point in September, do you want customers clicking the cache link and seeing lower prices listed from July? Probably not.
Don’t Get Cached!
Keeping Google and other search engines from copying your pages is fairly simple. It requires a bit of meta tagging, but nothing difficult. The robots for all search engines relying on meta tags should stop copying your site. Lately, YahooSlurp has been acting odd, so make sure you keep an eye on it after it crawls your site.
To get rid of pages that have already been copied, you should just contact the search engine in question. They will usually delete the copies, but they aren’t particularly quick.
Adding pages to Google, Yahoo, MSN and any other search engine should be a definite goal for every site. Before storming down that road, just make sure you understand the consequences of old pages appearing in the cache.

Make Your Web Gorgeous
A major consolidation has happened in the search engine industry. Friend has become competitors. Competitors have shaken hands. SE of yore repositioned themselves as portals. The whole industry as it stands now has narrowed down to a few players who provide the basic search function. Rest of the people has started to package those results in their own format.
To give an analogy this is also how the news industry operates. Most of the news letters and chronically are fed breaking news stories by wire services. These are then presented by the specific news papers in their formats. This of course is supplemented by reputed dailies by their own correspondents in the field.
The SEO Services Delhi consultancy’s counter part is having their own or borrowed directory results mixed as part of their final results. The search results sharing goes hand in hand with the advertising revenue sharing. With SEO Services Delhi consultancy, e-fuzion serves as a mutually beneficial scenario for all. The basic feeders find more audience hence can get ad revenue. The receptors can get ad revenue without actually incurring the costs of running a search service.
In SEO Services Delhi consultancy you find different key words and these key words should be used in title tag, headlines at the top of the page, relevant incoming and going links, alternative tags etc. for processing key word should follow some details such as-Key word should be used as first word in title tag, Key word should be bolder near the top of the page, Keywords should be italicized near the top of the page, Keywords should be sprinkled throughout paragraphs.
In it the main index page should be designed to give the overall theme of the site. It provides the link to relevant site pages inside a site. It uses appropriate anchor text for the link.

Why links count - The power of links part two
Do not get penalized or even banned from the search engines find out how not to get banned by your links.
In my last article we talked about why we needed links to your website, in this article we will cover some dos and don’ts.
Thanks to Google and now most of the other search engines there is now a new kind of spam, these are link farms.
Because the search engines now look at link popularity every website designer and promoter went out to get links to there sites, the easy way to do this is to join a linking site, this looked an easy task, but Google then said you will get penalized or even banned if your found to have a link farm.
Website designers and promoters jumped and panicked at this and some stopped all links that pointed out, this was a bit drastic.
The big question is what is a link farm? Or what is now known as Stuffing?
Lets pretend your website sales gold, go with me here Im on a role. You join a linking service and get 1000s of links on your links page and so you have 1000s of links pointing to your website, cool your shore to get to number one now.
If Google now comes to your site and sees 1000s of links, they now will look to see if they are relevant to your site, which sales gold. If your links are for dog food and windows you have a link farm or stuffing.
Only have links like Gold Cleaning, Gold rings, things relevant to your website else you could be penalized or even banned.
You can still have 1000s of links but all must be relevant. Remember to have a link from your main site to the links page.
I hope you found this article of some help. Have fun and play nice.

SEO – Why Site Width Matters
Many search engine optimization efforts are focused on pushing the home page of a site. This is a fundamental mistake that can result in the site missing out on a lot of traffic.
Go Wide, Young Man
In nearly every case, a site should be designed to draw traffic through both the home page and various internal pages. Home pages, obviously, can be tailored to the primary keyword phrases you are seeking, but don’t forget the minor pages.
I always find it odd when people ask which keyword phrase they should try to optimize for on their site. They become a bit flummoxed when I tell them to optimize for all of them. The only question is which keywords should appear on which pages.
For example, the site NomadJournals.com sells writing journals for outdoor activities such as fly fishing, traveling, hiking, bird watching and so on. So, which of these subjects should be used as the keyword phrase for the home page? None! Instead, the generic term “writing journals” was chosen. But what about the specific journal subjects?
The individual pages on the site promoting each journal are optimized for the specific product. The fly fishing journal page is optimized for fly fishing keywords, the travel page for travel keywords and so on. The end result of this is the home page is appearing high in “writing journals” search results, while each of the internal journal pages are also appearing high.
This can often lead to an interesting visitor situation. As you review your server stats, you may start noting a majority of your traffic is coming in through internal site pages, not the home page. In the above Nomad Journals scenario, the travel journal page far outdraws the home page, which makes for a nice revenue increase.
The home page of a site is critical in a search engine optimization campaign. Just keep in mind it isn’t the only page that can draw free traffic and revenues to your site.
